The Homepage (Page 1) is undeniably the most crucial web page of any business. When potential clients visit a business's website, the homepage is typically the first point of contact (Crestodina, 2019)[^1^]. It is a synopsis of what the firm represents, its offerings, and a directory of other pages. An impactful homepage creates a lasting first impression, a critical factor influencing the decisions of visitors.


The About page (Page 2) allows businesses to tell their unique story, the business's mission, vision, and values. The research underlines the importance of this page as consumers enjoy doing business with establishments that they can relate to personally (Jakob, 2017)[^2^]. The contact page (Page 4) is non-negotiable for any business website. It assures clients or customers that they can reach the company with their questions, concerns, requests, or feedback. The Blog (Page 5) serves multiple functions. Apart from providing engaging content that establishes the brand's authority, it boosts the website's SEO rankings—a factor that improves visibility to prospective clients.
