Jacques Virtual Services – Payment Policy for Administrative, Web Design, and Logo Design Services
At Jacques Virtual Services, we aim to provide exceptional services with transparent payment terms. Below are the payment policies for our administrative, web design, and logo design services:
1. Payment Terms
Administrative Services:
• A minimum of 10 hours per week is required for weekly plans and 20 hours per month for monthly plans.
• Payments must be made in advance before services are rendered, based on the agreed hourly or retainer rates.
• Web Design and Logo Design Services:
• For projects under $500, full payment is required upfront before the start of the project.
• For projects over $500, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins, with the remaining 50% balance due upon project completion and approval.

2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Bank Transfers (for larger projects)
All payments must be received and cleared before any work or project deliverables are provided.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Administrative Services: If a service is canceled after payment but before work begins, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees. No refunds will be provided for hours already worked.
• Web Design and Logo Design Services:
Cancellations after the design process starts will forfeit the deposit.
Unsatisfied with the work? We offer two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Late Payments
Payments overdue by more than 7 days will incur a 5% late fee for each additional week of delay.
